The magic of spiritual baths : Part 2

If you have not seen my first article on bath rituals, I invite you to have a look and find it here ! I tell you more about what a spiritual bath is, how to create one, but also share with you a self-love bath ritual you can have fun with.

Today, I wanted to share a few more nice combinations to play with.

I recently got gifted many elements (Candles, spices, herbs, oils …) to add to my baths, allowing me to deepen my practice, bringing together fun mixes for self-healing and growth.

Energy cleansing bath

Ideal if you have had a tough day, feel tired, burdened or simply have been carrying some unwanted energy that you would like to let go peacefully, lovingly.

  • Prepare yourself a lemon tea, drink it consciously, visualizing the water filling your entire body gently cleansing it from toxins, tensions, and pain.

  • Gather clear quartz, white candles, coconut oil and sea salt.

  • Open the water tap, place all the items around or/in the bath while reciting the following affirmation :

I gently let go of what no longer serves me. I lovingly release what no longer serves me.

  • When the water is ready to welcome you, play some loving music (You can find many hertz frequency music on YouTube). Dive into your bath like the god, goddess that you are.

Allow yourself to soak for a while, just relaxing, regenerating in this love container. You can also play a self-love, attracting love, self-care meditation if you feel it could enhance your intention and magnify your ritual.

  • Whenever you are done, thank all elements which have been working with you, and observe the water going down the drain. Imagine it becoming clearer, purer as you release it.

  • Gently, lovingly dry yourself with a warm towel.

  • You can finish this ritual by massaging yourself with warm coconut oil, that will add an extra nurturing, cleansing aspect to the bath.

Peace bath

Perfect for you if have had enough, need some peace and quiet. If you have some pressure, pain to relieve, or simply want to enjoy a special self-care moment.

  • Prepare yourself a lavender tea, drink it consciously, visualizing the water filling your entire body, releasing any tensions, going from the top of your head to your toes. Each part of your body gently, slowly relax, and melt.

  • Gather amethyst, white or purple candles, lavender flowers, camomile tea, coconut oil and Epsom salt.

  • Open the water tap, place crystals and candles around the bath, then pour the camomile tea in the water as well as the oil, salt and flowers while reciting the following affirmation :

I dive into unconditional peace. My life is an ebb and flow of relaxation and peacefulness.

  • When the water is ready to welcome you, play some loving music (You can find many hertz frequency music on YouTube) and dive into your bath like the god, goddess that you are. Allow yourself to soak for a while, just relaxing, regenerating in this relaxing container. Focus on the relaxation your body is experiencing, feeling each muscles, each cell being deeply released.

  • Whenever you are done, thank all elements which have been working with you, and gently, lovingly dry yourself with a warm towel.

  • You can finish your ritual by taking a few minutes to relax with a gentle music, meditate.

Have fun, do not hesitate to share in the comments your own combinations.
