Crystal healing, a gentle & nurturing connection to self
Crystal healing is an alternative therapy working on restoring balance to the energetical, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies, by creating a flow between humans and crystals energy fields.
Several crystals are arranged at strategic places on the body to divert energies, restore balance and well-being, as well as to create opportunities to uncover blockages witnessed at an energetic level.
A wee bit of crystal uses history
I always love a good story, those around crystals are definitely meeting my expectations:
It was said that Aphrodite,the greek goddess of love and beauty was in a rush to save Adonis, her mortal lover, from Ares (her ex) and did cut herself on a briar bush. Her blood felt on a clear quartz tinting it with a gentle pinky shade, giving birth a gorgeous rose quartz.
This tale shows crystals have been part of human lives for centuries.
Lapis Lazuli, quartz and other crystals were known to be used in Ancient Egypt for jewellery, amulets or charms. Crystals were cherished for their protection, but also for their cosmetic and healing properties.
Greeks were not outdone in this matter, regularly wearing amethyst as amulets to prevent from drunkenness and hangover, or connecting to haematite before going to battle. Sailors were also travelling with crystals to protect themselves.
In India, It became a tradition to place crystals on the body to balance the chakras, our subtle energy centres.
In China, people were very fond of Jade, this crystal was for them, the embodiment of love. Creating instruments, wearing it and being buried with it was part of their traditions and culture for a long time.

What on Earth is happening during a crystal healing?
1) Creation of a sacred and loving space for you to be able to relax. The room is filled with your magic, my magic and our guides’s magic (Trust me it can be crowded at times).
2) Energy connection ( Remotely or in person) leading you to open your heart, and trust the process. You are now free to relax, enjoy, write, meditate or have a nap.
3) Energy healing: The only thing you have to do is to BE. Notice how you feel, I basically just move around you (Or around your energy body if it is a distant healing) dancing, singing, making funny noises and covering you with crystals. You may notice temperature changes, colours, tickles, all good! That is just the energy moving, being cleared and fluffed.
4) After the energy healing two options: You may feel knackered OR ready to conquer the world depending on what we have been working on. Do not worry if you feel low, the energy boost will come when your body will have completed the detox.
I am offering, at the moment, two type of crystal healing, both very dear to my heart :
The Aura and chakra healing: Leaving you feeling clearer, lighter, but also with a good understanding on how to take care of your own energy to promote health and wellness.
The Lemurian crystal healing: That one may not be for you if you are new to crystal healing. We dive into fears, blockages, traumas, and work on a deep releasing, definitely not for everyone. It is AWESOME though, I promise.
